When will you ship my order?

All orders placed before 17:00 (Central European Time) will be shipped the same day.

Tracking details will be emailed as soon as we finished packing your order. The most actual details are updated after 22:00

Sometimes however we can't ship your order on the same day. This happens when we don't have stock or when there is a problem with your address. You will then receive an email from us asking you for more information or with an update about the expected delivery date.

It's always possible to check wether or not a product is in stock. Just check the status right next to the product. It will show the total of items that we have. This information is always up to date.



Email notification when a product is not in stock

In case we don't have enough stock, you will be notified by a Popup. Leave your email address and you will receive an automatic email as soon as we have new products available.


It's always possible to order, even if we don't have enough stock. Your product will then be placed in backorder. You will be notified by email about the expected delivery date. You will be first in line to receive your order as soon as new stock is available.
